For more than 35 years, the Lions District 4-C1 Health Foundation has provided services and resources for visually impaired children and adults. The Health Foundation is the driving force behind camper ships and resources for the Diabetes Camp at Lake McCumber.
Education, assistance and consultation are provided to youths and adults by the Health Foundation in an effort to promote health awareness and health education. It is through the efforts of Lions and the economic impact of the Health Foundation that District 4-C1 has changed the lives of so many.
